am fost in per 19.06-25.06 cu 2 copii 6 si 4 ani. Vreamea foarte OK (dim 36gr, pranz 42), apa super atat in mare cat si la piscine. Dimineata apa marii era foarte linistita si usor cu valuri dupa amiaza. La toboganele de copii pot si adultii sa se dea cu copiii. Spectacole foarte frumoase in fiecare seara. Mancare buna-aici se poate usor mai bine printr-o mai mare diversitate. Excelent si locul de joaca pentru copii- imens , multe jocuri, activitati- super ok. Multe piscine - dintre care una foarte mare cu liniste si umbra dupa amiaza.

am ales cladirea De lux Building in ideea ca vor fii conditii mai bune. In afara de camera care a fost ok, restaurantul din cladirea de lux nu s-a deschis decat cu 2 zile ininte de plecare, iar daca nu sti limba rusa nu e bine. tot personalul ti se adreseaza mai intai in limba rusa si apoi eventual intr-o engleza groaznica.Mancarea cam putin diversificata. In concluzie nu cred ca vom mai incerca acest hotel vreodata

they try to be nice with you and you are treated with respect most of the time. if you enjoy alcohol they have beer and other drinks all day long. Interesting activities during the day. almost good for families with babies they have few things that can keep them busy and have fun.

poor/cheep shower, the kit is not fully functional, I find this unacceptable. the Vegetarian Food sign was hidden behind the bar, that's insulting as it shows you they know how best practice should be but for some reason they just don't do it. you don't know what the food contains and just few of them speak English. the morning so called 'orange fresh' is awful everybody complains about it, they are still serving it. It is strange to see orange trees but no real fresh drink served. there was an entertainer on the stage every night asking people to raise hands depending on where they're coming from, which country. It was annoying that many countries were missed during 7 days, being employed by the hotel the expectation is for him to know who the clients are. He was asking if anyone from UK (and there were 4) and missed to ask from other countries where there were 20+ present at the table. the program for babies on stage ends very fast. the photographers are annoying and they are taking pictures of you without your confirmation. almost all hotels in region have pretty much same food, same entertainment program, same facilities - it means they all agreed upon them therefore is hard for 1 of them to stand up and improve anything as will kind of challenge others to do the same (while they don't necessarily want) Good food that ends quickly is not being replaced easily and others that people don't touch are left there and served while their freshness is questionable. you cannot find a list of cocktails and what they contain and if you ask for something, as they don't speak EN very well you might get something else instead.

Un hotel foarte bun daca vrei sa te simti ca acasa in vacanta. Nu e foarte luxos, dar e fff curat, are un loc de joaca foarte bun pentru copii, bar pe plaja, internetul este foarte bun, noi am stat la etajul 5, si am avut room with a sea view, superba. apoi bucatarii au gatit special pentru micuta mea fara sare. Per total, am fost foarte multumita

Personalul foarte prietenos si serviabil.

Dezavantaj pentru cei cu copii sub 4 ani. avantaj pentru cei ce au copii intre 4-7 ani. Hotelul nu se ridica la nivelul de 5 stele poate la cel mult 3-4 stele in Europa. Restaurantele de la piscine si plaja nu au un program care sa asigure continuitate si acest lucru e important mai ales cand ai copii mici care nu inteleg ca trebuie sa astepte sa vina ora pranzului sau cinei pentru a servi masa.

- internetul merge foarte bine, inclusiv la piscine si plaja

- Intrarea in apa nu e tocmai lina, dupa 5 m apa iti ajunge deja la gat; sunt pestisori in apa care iti fac " pedichiura" , sezlongurile pe plaja sunt unul langa altul. - La restaurant ospatarii se misca incet, nu curata masa dupa cei dinaintea ta, uita sa puna tacamuri la masa, si pe cine vor servesc cu bauturi pe cine nu.

hotelul e nou iar piscina e punctul forte; e mare si are zone separate pentru toata lumea (bebelusi, copii, adulti)

mancarea nu a fost proasta dar a fost sub nivelul la care m-au obisnuit turcii. penele de curent erau frecvente iar internetul prost. presupun ca e ceva ce se poate remedia usor in viitor.

am ajuns in jurul orei 14 si am fost invitati sa luam masa apoi ni s-au repartizat camerele. Curate, destul de ok daca nu esti cu fite. Mancare foarta buna si la discretie. Deasemenea bauturile. toate felurile. Plaja privata...se fac jocuri organizate...volei...concursuri la piscina. In fiecare seara sunt activitati si spectacole pentru turisti.Spectacolele au fost foarte frumoase. Coktailurile sunt la discretie la orice ora. In general totul a fost foarte frumos. Plaja foarte curata. poti lasa orice obiect pe plaja sau la masa.Nu va disparea. Personalul este dragut...se vorbeste si limba engleza. Prosoape si senzlonguri gratuite. toaletele erau foarte curate. Pentru familii este hotelul perfect in raport de pret-calitate.

Pentru orice serviciu si mai ales daca vrei curatenie zilnica in camera trebuie sa dai bacsis. Internetul este foarte slab sau deloc. ai semnal doar in holul hotelului la receptie si nu poti intra decat pe fbk. Programele tv sunt doar in limba turca deci nu prea ai ce vedea la tv. in holul hotelului sunt saloane frumoase...bar...dar lipseste aerul conditionat. apa la malul marii este adanca dupa primii 5 m. tenis pe nocturna nu exista iar ziua e prea cald sa joci. Doar seara dar si atunci e greu sa prinzi terenul liber. Sala de mese fara aC cald si geamurile deschise nu e prea confortabil sa manaci in sala. trebuie sa mergi din timp la masa sa ocupi o masa pe terasa si mai ales la umbra. Bauturile gen whyski sunt contra cost 6euro/paharel chiar daca ai ultra all inclusive. Nu incercati piscina interioara. Un amic a luat o bacterie de la apa in ureche si a facut infectie. Orice consultatie la medic costa 100 euro. Deci trebuie sa te rogi sa nu ai vreo problema. Exista masa de tenis de masa dar paletele erau jalnice pentru un hotel de 5 stele. Daca sunteti tineri si cautati nopti albe nu e tocmai hotelul potrivit. Exista disco dar nu e prea animata.

Buna ziua multumim pentru sejurul oferit deasemenea , doresc sa va aduc la cumostiinta ca transferul de la aeroport la hotel nu a fost in regula a durat peste 2 ore sa ajungem la hotel a trebuit sa facem turul litoralului turcesc sa lasam la hotel fiecare calator din autocarul de transfer. am remarcat ca au fost hotluri care au fost in sensul opus de mers care ar fi trebuit sa fie spre belek hotel la fiecare hotel s’a stat cel putin 5 min cu fiecare calator la recptie. nu este normal sa dureze atit de mult. copii plingeau de foame , dupaia au adormit chinuiti pe bancheta. nu am comandat un sejur de 2-3 stele pentru a avea parte de un astfel de tratament va rog ca la intoarcere sa organizati transferul invers. adica noi sa fim ultimii care vom fi preluati de firma de transport pentru aeroport. nu mai avem de gand sa petrecem cel putin 2 ore in autocar, mai ales ca drumul este de maxim 30 min pana la aeroport. multumim

Da recomand.am fost aici la inceputul lui iunie 2015,am ramas profund impresionata de curatenie,servire,animatie,spectacole totul la superlativ,o singura obiectie la mincare care nu era prea diversificata...dar erau ffff multe feluri ...aveai de unde alege...de aceea recoman.....

Excelenta organizare activitati pentru copii. Daca asa alege pe viitor alva Donna (desi ne dorim sa vedem si alte locuri din turcia) ar fi pentru activitatile dedicate copiilor. De remarcat, de asemenea, calitatea si numarul piscinelor + sezlongurilor -puteai merge la plaja in fiecare zi in alta parte. Extrem de curat peste tot. Camera a fost OK,balconul cam mititel, baia curata si cada cu hidro-masaj; Mancare-de toate pentru toate gusturile. Personal dragut si atent.

Camera cu vedere la mare era cu vedere foooarte mica la mare. Nu stiu sa fi fost o scapare, sau asa sunt concepute/vandute toate sea-view. Din punctul meu de vedere, nu merita suplimentul de sea-view.

foarte tare amplasarea langa plaja, plaja cu nisip si pietricele, nu sunt pietre in apa, foarte multa verdeata, ingrijit .

camera unde am stat nu avea in nici un caz 5 * mica inghesuita , cabina de dus defecta, aerul conditionat amplasat deasupra paturilor deci in nici un caz nu il puteai folosi decat daca nu vroiai sa te trezesti cu capul cat banita, angajatii nu stiu o boaba engleza si nici alta limba decat turca exceptie cei de la receptie, nu te puteai intelege decat prin semne si cateva cuvinte

amazing hotel and holiday! animators were wonderful (Eric, Yulia, Sveta). Great childrens program. top class food - especially asian and Steakhouse. a little tip goes a very long way! Waiters will cater to your every need if you show some sympathy with simple tip. Beautiful for romance and for family. We could leave our 7 year old boy happy and worry free at the mini-club and have a wonderful adult time together as a couple! then grab our son and have all the family fun we wanted!! Just a fabulous holiday! By the way, Serik in the reservation department was wonderful in helping with some booking communication problems we had with the Booking Direct agency.

No atM/Bankomat. If you need cash (tips, shisha, etc) you must bring it with you or go into town. Very inconvenient but minor issue.

Nu o sa fac prea multe comentarii despre acest hotel, sfatul meu este, ca cel mai bine ar fi sa mergeti sa va petreceti un sejur. Sigur nu o sa regretati. Sejurul nostru a fost de 7 nopti, in perioada 06.06-13.06.2013, si fara nici o exagerare, va spun ca am fost multumiti din toate punctele de vedere: curatenie , personalul foarte amabil, plaja destul de buna(cu nisip), piscine ingrijite, spatiu verde, mancare si bauturi diversificate 24h din 24 h, animatie, spectacole in fiecare seara. De asemenea hotelul beneficiaza si de un aqua parc propriu deschis in luna mai ac, atat ptr adulti cat si pentru copii. Din pacate nu am reusit sa postez si cateva poze, deoarece depasesc marimea admisa de 2 mb.
